More than 60 St Norbert College students took to the stage earlier this month for five sell-out performances of the school’s production of Oliver the Musical.
The students, ranging from Year 7 to Year 12, performed in front of more than 900 people between May 7 and May 12, at the College’s Xanten Theatre.
Drama teacher and director of the show Kerri Hilton said the cast and crew began preparing for the show towards the end of last year.
“We started doing rehearsals last term and this term we have been rehearsing every Sunday and every Tuesday,” she said. “We also rehearsed every day in the second week of the school holidays.”
